Why this blog exists

When I first moved into Voice AI, I spent weeks searching for honest, practical guides on how SIP trunking actually connects to an AI engine, how voice orchestration pipelines are managed in production, and what it really feels like to sell a Voice AI solution to an enterprise client who has never seen one before.

I found vendor documentation. I found academic papers. I found Reddit threads from 2016. What I could not find was a single blog written by someone who was building and shipping these systems right now - in a real company, for real clients.

"This blog is the resource I wish had existed when I started. Every post is written from inside the industry - not from a distance."

So I built it myself. This is Voice AI Insider - a practitioner's blog on Voice AI, SIP telephony, and enterprise call automation. No fluff. No recycled vendor marketing. Just real experience from someone who ships this technology professionally.

Who I am and what I actually do

I am a Senior Project Manager at Unpod.ai, a Voice AI company where I lead the delivery of SIP telephony integrations and Voice AI orchestration projects for enterprise clients. My work sits at the intersection of technology, product, and people - I manage the full project lifecycle from initial discovery call to production deployment and client handoff.

On any given week, you will find me deep in SIP trunk configurations, reviewing real-time voice AI latency benchmarks, managing client stakeholders across time zones, or stress-testing a new Voice AI platform before we recommend it to a client. This is not theoretical knowledge - it is the work I do every day.
