How this form works: This is a Google Form embedded directly into this page. Your response is sent securely to Google Forms and delivered to my inbox. You do not need a Google account to submit — just fill in your name, email, and message and click Submit.

What happens after you send a message

Your message arrives in my Gmail inbox instantly via Google Forms notifications.
I personally read every message — there is no assistant or autoresponder.
Typical response time is 2–3 business days. Complex questions may take a little longer.
Platform review requests are reviewed monthly and added to the content calendar if suitable.
Content corrections are investigated within 48 hours and updated with a correction note.
Spam and unsolicited sales pitches are not replied to. All other messages receive a response.

A note on response quality

I would rather send a thoughtful reply after two days than a quick acknowledgement the same hour. If your question touches on something I am actively working on at Unpod.ai, I will say so clearly and share what I can without breaching confidentiality. I aim to be genuinely useful in every reply — not just polite.
