Transparency is the foundation of this blog. Voice AI Insider publishes honest, experience-based reviews and recommendations about Voice AI platforms and SIP telephony tools. Some of those recommendations include affiliate links - and this page explains exactly what that means, which platforms are involved, and how it does and does not affect what we write.

Please read this disclosure before clicking any product link on this blog. If you have questions, contact us at mcapriya11@gmail.com.

🔗 1. What is an affiliate link?

An affiliate link is a specially tracked URL that tells a platform you arrived from Voice AI Insider. When you click an affiliate link on this blog and then sign up for a service, purchase a plan, or meet another conversion event defined by the platform, we receive a small commission or referral payment.

The most important thing to understand: Affiliate links do not change the price you pay. The cost of any product or service is identical whether you use our affiliate link, type the URL directly into your browser, or arrive from any other source. The commission we earn is paid by the platform from their own marketing budget - not added to your bill.

Affiliate marketing is a standard and legal way for content creators to earn revenue while keeping their content free for readers. It is used by major tech publications, review sites, and independent bloggers worldwide. The key obligation - which we take seriously - is full, clear disclosure.

🤝 2. Our affiliate relationships

Voice AI Insider may currently have, or may in the future establish, affiliate or referral relationships with companies whose products and services we review and recommend. These relationships are entered into only where we genuinely believe the platform is useful to our readers - we do not create content for the sole purpose of earning a commission.

How we decide which affiliate programmes to join: We evaluate a platform before we apply to its affiliate programme - not the other way around. We never accept a platform for review because it has a lucrative affiliate programme. Our starting point is always: "Is this genuinely useful for someone building or buying Voice AI solutions?" If yes, we may also join the affiliate programme.

📋 3. Platforms we may earn from

The table below lists the platforms we currently review and may have affiliate or referral arrangements with. This list is updated when new relationships are established.

📌 4. Our editorial independence promise

Affiliate income helps keep Voice AI Insider free and independent. But it only works if our readers trust our recommendations. The moment we inflate a rating or hide a flaw because of a commission arrangement, that trust is gone - and so is the value of this blog. Here is exactly what we do and do not do:

We always do this

Write reviews based on real hands-on usage and experience from Unpod.ai deployments
Disclose affiliate relationships clearly at the top of every post that contains affiliate links
Publish critical findings - latency issues, pricing changes, missing features - even when they reflect badly on a platform we earn from
Recommend non-affiliate alternatives when they are genuinely better for a specific use case
Update reviews when a platform's quality, pricing, or features change materially

We never do this

Review a platform solely because it has a high commission rate
Accept payment to rank a platform higher than it deserves in a comparison
Omit known weaknesses or problems because of a commercial relationship
Write a positive review in exchange for free platform access, unless clearly disclosed
Allow a platform vendor to edit, approve, or veto our published content

Our test: Before publishing any review, we ask - "If this platform had no affiliate programme, would we still write the same review?" If the answer is yes, we publish. If we find ourselves softening criticism because of a commission arrangement, we either rewrite honestly or remove the affiliate link. The review always comes first.

👁️ 5. How to identify affiliate links on this blog

We identify affiliate links in three ways so you always know before you click:

📝
Post-level disclosure banner: Any blog post containing affiliate links will display a disclosure notice at the very top of the post - before any content or recommendations. It reads: "This post contains affiliate links. If you click through and make a purchase, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you."
🔗
Inline link labels: Where practical, affiliate links within post body text are followed by a small (affiliate link) label so you can identify them as you read - not just at the top of the page.
📋
This disclosure page: This page is linked in the footer of every post and from the blog's navigation. You can always return here to see the full list of affiliate relationships at any time.

💸 6. How commissions work

Different platforms structure their affiliate and referral programmes differently. Here is a transparent breakdown of how commissions typically work for the types of platforms we cover:

SIP / Voice APIs
Per usage
Twilio, Vonage, Plivo - typically earn a percentage of referred customer spend over time
Voice AI Platforms
Per signup
Vapi, Retell AI, Bland AI - typically a flat fee or percentage for each paying customer referred
AI Tools & SDKs
Per plan
ElevenLabs, Deepgram - typically earn per subscription conversion at various plan levels

What triggers a commission: Simply visiting a platform via our link does not earn us anything. A commission is only triggered when you take a defined action - typically signing up for a paid plan, completing a free trial that converts, or hitting a minimum spend threshold. Browsing a platform's website costs you nothing and earns us nothing.

What happens to affiliate income

Affiliate income from Voice AI Insider goes directly towards the costs of running this blog - hosting, domain registration, software tools used to test platforms, and the time invested in research and writing. Any surplus supports the goal of expanding coverage to more Voice AI and SIP platforms.
